Shipping & Returns
All U.S. residents will have a shipping and handling charge added to their order total in accordance with the chart below. International customers will also be charged shipping and handling, but due to the variability of overseas shipping rates, any international customer wishing to know ahead of time what that charge will be must call or e-mail us first. (Note that Massachusetts customers will also have a 6.25% sales tax added to their pre-shipping order total.)

Overnight delivery and three day packages are available if specified in the comments section of your order and if all items are currently in stock at the time of your order. For quotes on rush delivery, please call or e-mail. (Note that Diamond's Magic's typical operating hours are 9am-6pm EST, Monday-Friday, so any order placed after closing on Friday will not be addressed or even seen until the following Monday.)
Once you have placed an order, you may notice that in the "My Account" section it is initially labeled as "Pending." This means that we have not yet had a chance to match your order against our on-site inventory.
Once we have begun to package your order, we upgrade its status to "Processing" to indicate to you the customer that we are formally addressing it. If an item is discontinued, or if there is a discrepancy with the pricing, your order will remain in the "Processing" phase until we have contacted you to see how you wish to proceed.
Finally, once an order has physically left the premises (via UPS, U.S. Mail, etc.), we will mark the item as "Delivered." This does not mean that you have actually received the item of course, but merely that it should be on its way to your specified destination and is now subject to the terms laid out in our Conditions of Use .
The value of a magic effect is its secret. Once you purchase an effect, that value is irrevocably transferred to your person. Therefore, items cannot be returned on a mere whim, only damaged or defective merchandise can be returned for replacement of that same item. In very rare cases, non-damaged merchandise may be returned for store credit. (Note that shipping charges are not refundable. Additionally, any shipping costs you may accrue when returning items to us will not be reimbursed.)
